Under the "spell" of English!

English is a wonderful language, but with probably one of the strangest spelling! Sooo, here are some examples of English words with uncommon properties!

For instance, the longest words in English without repeating any letter are:

uncopyrightable

misconjugatedly

dermatoglyphics

Also, did you know that "queueing" is the longest word in English that has 5 vowels in a row?

Other words with certain characteristics of notable length are:

- strenghts- the longest word in the English language containing only one vowel

- rhythms - the longest word in the English language containing none of the five recognised vowels (a,e,i,o,u)

- Aegilops (a genus of plants)- the longest word whose letters are in an alphabetical order

And that's not it! How about words with 6 cosonants in a row? As strange as it may sound, they do exist in the English language: the word "Knightsbridge" has got 6 consonants, as does "latchstring".

If you've got more examples like these ones, you can share them with us!
